In Classtra, we provide our organizations (institutes/instructors) with distinct scope of action to each individual. So we have staff members and Instructors, and the difference between their roles is elaborated upon below;

  • A staff is a member of the organization who has managerial access to one of these function functionalities:

  1. All classes of the institute (editing, deleting, publishing, changing price … etc.)

  2. All financials of the institute (prices, discount codes, pay outs, balances … etc)

  3. All Communications of the institute (emails, SMS .. etc)

  4. Store [Soon] selling products

  • An instructor only has managerial access to the class (or classes) they teach (to enroll students or edit a class).
